Why should I invest in The Learning Bank?

Literacy is an issue that affects all of us in one way or another. Literacy is essential if we are to have strong individuals, strong families, a healthy city, state, and nation. The Learning Bank relies on many friends and partners in achieving its mission.

How do I invest in The Learning Bank?

Checks can be made payable to The Learning Bank and sent to the address below.

  1. Learn about the extent and the critical nature of the problem. Call to arrange a visit to the center. 410-659-5452
  2. Volunteer your time at The Learning Bank in some capacity, if you can. Get to know our learners. Put a face on the problem.
  3. Send donations. Make checks payable to The Learning Bank and mail to the address below.
  4. Respond to the Annual Appeal as generously as you can.
  5. Try to interest your place of business in making a contribution.
  6. List The Learning Bank in your trust fund or will.
  7. Honor someone special on their birthday, wedding anniversary, etc. with a gift to TLB in their name.
  8. Assist with in-kind contribution (see our WISH LIST)
  9. Talk about the issue and The Learning Bank with your friends. Encourage them to become involved. Bring them for a visit.
